Tie Breaking Criteria
In the event of a tie in point totals for bowler of the week which has happened in the past, we have devised a tie breaking formula for determining the winner.
1) In event of a tie, the player who has played in more rated events than the other will be
declared the winner. Ie….played in all 3 events versus only 2 events.
2) If a tie still exists, the player who has gathered the most points in any single event will
be declared the winner. Ie. Won a Championship Event while other player was runner
up in two championship events…the individual having won a Championship event
would be declared the winner.
3) If a tie still exists, the two individuals will be declared co-champions.
